Program Overview
The Business School at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) is one of the top business schools in Asia, with Asian and global insights offered via a broad curriculum taught by a diverse international faculty. One of the world's most vibrant cities, Hong Kong is a global center of trade and finance with a compelling historical perspective, where students can enjoy both fast-paced urban life and abundant access to nature.

Application Process
Students must attend the McIntire information session and complete the online Education Abroad Workshop on this site. Students should then complete the online "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" application on this site.

Applications are due by noon on the deadline date. Once admission is approved, students will be required to complete a program-specific application packet and attend an orientation session later in the semester.

Additional Information
This program is an exchange program, with tuition being paid to UVA. When studying abroad all UVA students are required to have both basic international health coverage and emergency assistance coverage through the UVA-sponsored plan with CISI. See the Insurance page on this website for more information about requirements.
