Darden Travel Registration (Travel Registration Program)

This registration is required for Darden students participating in the following international opportunities:

If you are uncertain as to which Registration to complete you may contact the International Studies Office at hoosabroad@virgina.edu.

Completion

You will be asked to select the city and country where your experience will take place. If your experience includes more than one location, enter only the first destination. Additional destinations will be recorded within your Registration (see below for guidelines). Dates should be inclusive of your research/conference/program/etc., but not include personal travel beforehand or afterwards.

You will then be asked to enter some personal details, and review and sign documents related to your travel.

Timeline
Students should open a registration at least one month prior to departure and complete all requirements at least one week prior to departure. The International Studies Office recommends that participants complete the Registration as early as possible.

Change of Plans
If your plans change after having begun the Registration and you
1) need to change the dates of your experience, or
2) will no longer participate in the international experience,
please contact the International Studies Office at hoosabroad@virginia.edu to alter or withdraw your Registration accordingly.
