Program Overview

Bocconi University is the top business school in Italy and one of the best in Europe, renowned for its programs in management, finance, and economics. Located in the heart of Milan, Italy's financial, industrial, and fashion capital, Bocconi offers students the chance to engage with a thriving international city and global network.

Application Process

Students must attend the McIntire information session and complete the online Education Abroad Workshop on this site. Students should then complete the online "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" application on this site.

Applications are due by noon on the deadline date. Once admission is approved, students will be required to complete an application packet and attend several orientation sessions later in the semester.

Additional Information

This program is an exchange program, with tuition being paid to UVA. When studying abroad all UVA students are required to have both basic international health coverage and emergency assistance coverage through the UVA-sponsored plan with CISI. See the Insurance page on this website for more information about requirements.
