apply to the "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" program, not to the specific program.
 

Program Overview
Located in the outskirts of lively and cosmopolitan Barcelona, ESADE is a forward-thinking business school with a focus on social responsibility and strong ties to the professional and business worlds. Barcelona exposes students to local Catalan culture as well as wider Spanish traditions. ESADE is also a partner in UVA's M.S. in Global Commerce Program.

Application Process
Students must attend the McIntire information session and complete the online Education Abroad Workshop on this site. Students should then complete the online "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" application on this site.

Applications are due by noon on the deadline date. Once admission is approved, students will be required to complete a program-specific application packet and attend several orientation sessions later in the semester.

Additional Information
This program is an exchange program, with tuition being paid to UVA. When studying abroad all UVA students are required to have both basic international health coverage and emergency assistance coverage through the UVA-sponsored plan with CISI. See the Insurance page on this website for more information about requirements.

Please note that it is the student's responsibility to research the necessary student visa for entry to Spain.
