Opening an Application
To open an application, click the "Apply Now" button at the top or bottom of this page. You will be guided through entering the destination(s) and dates for your project. Dates should be inclusive of your project but not include personal travel before or after. Keep in mind that you will only be permitted to open one application per academic year. If you are planning more than one project, contact for help opening additional applications. You can return to an application multiple times. To exit the application, click the "Logout" button. When you return, sign in directly through the "Login" button on the Education Abroad homepage. Be sure to save your work between sessions.

Pre-Decision and Post-Decision Requirements
The Student Projects Abroad application consists of two sets of requirements - pre-decision and post-decision - and students must complete all requirements before departure and/or before funding can be released. In the Pre-Decision phase, you will download, complete, and submit the ISO Travel Form which allows ISO to make a preliminary assessment of the safety of your project. In some cases, the Travel Form may lead to an in-person interview. Once safety concerns have been determined to meet University expectations, your application will be advanced to the Post-Decision phase and you will receive an automatically-generated email indicating that you can work on the Post-Decision requirements.

All requirements should be completed 30 days prior to departure or prior to when you expect funds to be released. The International Studies Office recommends that students complete their application as early as possible.
