WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management
Vallendar, Germany

McIntire students:
After completing the online Education Abroad Workshop on this website,
apply to the "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" program, not to the specific program.

Program Overview
As a private business school comparable in size to McIntire, WHU offers a tight-knit community, strong integration of local and international students, and a range of course options in business and economics. Located in the scenic Rhine Valley, WHU has a welcoming small town feel and proximity to larger cities such as Koblenz, Bonn, and Frankfurt. For those interested in Europe, what better place than the economic powerhouse of the EU and WHU’s idyllic campus environment.

More information about curriculum, housing, and academic calendar is available to McIntire students in the MyMcIntire Portal Semester Abroad Guide.

Application Process
Students must attend the McIntire information session and complete the online Education Abroad Workshop on this site. Students should then complete the online "UVA Commerce: Semester Abroad" application on this site.

Applications are due by noon on the deadline date. Once admission is approved, students will be required to complete a program-specific application packet and attend an orientation session later in the semester.

This program is an exchange program, with tuition being paid to UVA.
